I got in my head around comparing myself to others, worrying about my survival, wanting to get ahead and thinking about catastrophic things that are actually quite unlikely.
The ceremonies are a way to dive into the unknown and unseen realms. These places can fill us up with healing and beautiful energy.
A dark night holds a lot of power, value and purpose. Once it’s over and we pull ourselves back, with new perceptions and compassion we understand how unbreakable we really are.
A power animal is a strong spirit that is with you at birth and at times to the very end. They chose to be one with you from the very beginning.
Although we can’t see it, our soul is energy and helps us to find our passions, connect with others and live our purpose. Our soul is kind, our soul does not worry and our soul knows exactly what to do.
