It is for creating and allowing yourself to fill up with your own power, and then we realize that manifesting is not about landing the job or getting a certain amount of money or finding love, but coming into alignment with the bigger picture. It is about stepping into your role in the great community.
So what we are looking for in goal setting here is the sweet spot between expansion into belief without over shooting it and you build from there. Let small goals build big belief.
When we notice the discomfort like anxiety or fear, instead of rushing to change it or cover up the feeling, just be with it. Listen to any messages that might be coming through here. Healed isn’t that we don’t feel discomfort ever again, healed is when we recognize our discomfort without the reaction of attack or retreat.
You don’t have to come up with the ultimate answer to set your soul free. We are just playing in a place where we track what feels right in our body. When a thought comes across your awareness, does if FEEL like a “yes” or a “no”?
There is a place for optimism in this work, but to tell yourself something you want to believe if you know deep down that you just don’t, will just waste your time.
