When we notice the discomfort like anxiety or fear, instead of rushing to change it or cover up the feeling, just be with it. Listen to any messages that might be coming through here. Healed isn’t that we don’t feel discomfort ever again, healed is when we recognize our discomfort without the reaction of attack or retreat.
You don’t have to come up with the ultimate answer to set your soul free. We are just playing in a place where we track what feels right in our body. When a thought comes across your awareness, does if FEEL like a “yes” or a “no”?
There is a place for optimism in this work, but to tell yourself something you want to believe if you know deep down that you just don’t, will just waste your time.
You didn’t come here as punishment, you came here because God wanted to see what you would create. The universe wanted to watch you remember that you are whole.
If everything that happens to me is something I created, then I can create everything that happens to me.
From an evolutionary perspective, we are consciously growing a garden called New Earth. The age of suffering is so engrained in our system that anything else just sounds impossible, unrealistic, dreamy.
One side of the web feels like you are trapped, that you are somehow the victim to this world. The other side of the web is creation.
Then, there are people who swirl the thought energy around and around. When the thought arises from the mind it gets caught in what is almost like a pit.
Many of us were raised with the idea that we have to fight for what we want. Fighting being the key word here.
I am inviting myself to continue on my path by deciding I do not need to suffer to receive.
